Why are there no quarries, battalions and strongpoints in this region?

You've logged into the game and found that the region you've relocated to has no quarries, strongpoints or battalions.  This could be why:

The "Old Multiplayer" ladder PvP regions do not support battalions/quarries/strongpoints.  If you want to play with battalions/quarries/strongpoints, stay in a Map region.
