How do I take an in-game video clip and send it to the support team?

There may be times one of our support members asks you to send in a short video clip of your in-game issue.  You will need special software to record an in-game video which can be found here: 

Once the download of Bandicam is complete, you can read the FAQ's on how to use it as well as watch video tutorials on their website here: 

To attach the clip to your ticket:  
Look for the "Attach File" link in the bottom right corner. Click the link to bring up a file browser, locate your newly saved video clip, and click "Open". Your video clip should now be saved as an attachment within your ticket and will be viewable by SpinPunch support agents.
