How do I send a screenshot to the support team?

Screenshots can assist the support team in determining a solution to your problem.  If you are experiencing game lag or connection issues, please send us the following screenshots:

2.) If using Google Chrome, a screenshot (instructions here - http://bit.ly/1gwtMFy) of what you see on your screen when you visit this link - chrome://gpu/
