How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies in Google Chrome?

Sometimes when you experience connection issues while playing our games, it could be because the cache and cookies need to be cleared.  To do this:

1. Click on the 3 stripes on the top right-hand-side of the screen from within your browser ("Customize and control Google Chrome").
2. Select "History".
3. Click on "Clear browsing data" tab.
4. Select the first 4 options ("Browsing history", "Download history", "Cookies and other site and plug in data" and "Cached images and files"
5. Then click on "Clear browsing data".
