How do I send a connection test to the support team?

Connection test screenshots help the support team to better understand what might be wrong with the internet connection.

To send a screenshot:

1) Click the gear button (“Settings”) to the right on your player name at the top of your game window.
2) Click the “Connection Test” button in the bottom left corner of the Settings menu.
