I registered on Battlehouse.com and never received the confirmation e-mail. What can I do?



If you never received the registration confirmation e-mail to activate your account, please follow these steps:



1.) Check all 'Spam' and/or 'Trash' folders within your e-mail to ensure that the registration confirmation wasn't forwarded to one of those folders.

2.) If you are using a web-mail system like Gmail or Yahoo Mail, please add a contact for [e-mail] (this makes it more likely your e-mail system will accept the registration mail).

This step is critical for Yahoo Mail users. Otherwise, Yahoo's intensive spam filtering might reject the registration email before you even see it.

3.) Visit the Registration system and re-send the email: https://www.battlehouse.com/bh_login/register

 If you're still having trouble finding the registration e-mail, please submit a ticket containing your name and e-mail address, and we'll look into the issue further.
