Our team has taken a look into the issue and feels that browser specific permissions may be the cause of the problem. When you try to enter full screen mode for the first time, your browser may ask you to ‘Allow’ or ‘Deny’ full screen permissions. If you click ‘Deny’, the full screen experience will be locked out, and nothing will happen going forward when you try to click the full screen button.
If you’re one of the players who has an unresponsive full screen button, go ahead and try the steps below:
If you’re playing in Firefox:
*Type about:permissions into your browser’s address bar and hit enter.
*Scroll down to ‘mfprod.spinpunch.com’.
*Navigate to the ‘Fullscreen’ drop down menu and change ‘Block’ to ‘Allow’.
If you’re playing in Chrome:
*Access the Chrome drop down menu (the icon in the top right of your browser displayed as three short horizontal lines) and navigate to ‘Settings’.
*From the ‘Settings’ tab, click the ‘Show advanced settings’ link at the bottom of the browser.
*Scroll down to the ‘Privacy’ section and click on the ‘Content settings’ button.
*Scroll down to the ‘Fullscreen’ section and click on the ‘Manage exceptions’ button.
*In the ‘Hostname pattern’ column, locate the URL that contains ‘apps.facebook.com’.
*In the ‘Behavior’ column, change ‘Block’ to ‘Allow’.
After following the above steps, restart your browser, load up the app, and try clicking on the full screen button again. Hopefully this helps!
